Event terms and conditions

By booking a ticket for Paws, Pause & Stories, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🎟 Tickets & Payments
• All tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• No cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling will be allowed for no-shows, late arrivals, or personal emergencies.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time mentioned.

🐾 Entry & Participation
• Entry will be permitted only on showing a valid booking confirmation (digital or printed).
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss parts of the experience and will not be compensated.
• Seating and participation are on a first-come basis within the curated setup.

🐱 Animal Interaction Disclaimer
• Interaction with cats is voluntary and gentle.
• Please respect the animals’ space, comfort, and boundaries at all times.
• Any form of rough handling, forced interaction, or distress caused to the animals will lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Petzmannia and venue partners are not responsible for any allergies, scratches, or minor incidents related to animal interaction.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children Policy
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s behavior during the event.

📸 Photography & Media
• Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes.
• By attending, you consent to being featured in photos/videos shared by Petzmannia unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

⚠️ Health & Safety
• Attendees participate at their own discretion and responsibility.
• Petzmannia and the venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

🚫 Right to Admission
• Petzmannia reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who disrupts the calm, mindful nature of the event, without any refund.

🌿 Event Changes
• In rare cases, event details may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
• Petzmannia’s decision regarding the event shall be final.
